There are people for whom using websites becomes difficult or even impossible due to various disabilities. Therefore, we make every possible effort to advance and adapt websites for everyone. How Does Accessibility Work on the Site?

If you did not find the content you were looking for on the site or if you need help from a service representative, you can press F4 and a window will open to leave your details. Leave your name and phone number, and a representative will contact you. Additionally, you can click on the "Emergency Button" in the plugin (located at the bottom of the plugin) to make a call or send a quick message. When using a computer, click the red button to enable remote assistance.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number - please keep track in case of customs delays / other. Delivery times are estimated, delays may occur by post, customs or holiday or any force major.

Once the jewelry piece's status changes to shipped and is handled by the shipping carrier I cannot do anything or change anything from my side, therefore cannot take any responsibility or make any changes in payment until the product arrives either to the client or back to me.

Returns
When returning products, please label them as "Returned Goods" and send them to the following address:

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and cover the shipping costs for returns.

Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending a clear photo of the defect to OrionsFactory@gmail.com. Once we receive the notification, you will be reimbursed for the shipping cost after providing a tracking number.
The product will be repaired within 7-14 business days after it arrives, depending on the type of repair needed. We will provide an estimated repair time upon receiving the defect details. Once repaired, the item will be shipped back via express mail (at no extra cost to you).

Sizing Errors
If a sizing error was made by Orion Jewelry, we will cover the shipping costs to return the product for resizing (excluding customs duties).
If the sizing error was made by the client, the client is responsible for returning the item and covering the associated shipping costs. A quote for resizing will be provided via email. The client may consult with us to decide whether it’s better to return the item for resizing or seek assistance from a local jeweler.
In case of sizing issues, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your product via email at OrionsFactory@gmail.com.

Wedding Proposals & Commissions
Special requests, such as wedding proposals and custom commissions, will be handled personally and may be subject to different terms. Please reach out to OrionsFactory@gmail.com for further details.

Post-Delivery Alterations or Changes
If you would like to make changes to your item after receiving it, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. You will be issued a quote for the requested changes. It is the client’s responsibility to return the item to the provided address and provide a tracking number. Once the item is received, we will complete the agreed alterations within the timeframe provided in the quote (varies depending on the complexity of the request).

Cancellations and Refunds
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that our jewelry are made to order, refunds aren't full, and are given minus 5% off of the item's full price.
Refund on items made of Gold Items are given minus 12% off of the item's full price.
Refund is given excluding shipping fee.


If you are unsatisfied with the product for reasons not covered above, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. After this period, refunds will not be issued for gold or silver pieces.

Please let me know by email for us to reach an agreement, as my jewelry pieces are made to order and require a lot of effort from my side to make as well as materials, these elements will also be taken into considiration when refunding.

A refund will be issued only when a product was shipped back, recieved and inspected. I will notify you once recieved and inspected in regards to the refund %, this will also be discussed prior.

Please note that refunds for custom orders or special requests may vary.

Insurance for Gold Pieces
Our gold pieces come with a lifetime warranty. If anything happens to your piece, we will be happy to restore it to like-new condition. You are responsible for covering shipping costs, while the repair is on us.
Claims made outside of the specified timeframes will not be covered under this warranty.

Responsibility for Shipped Products
Once an item is marked as "Shipped," Orion Jewelry is no longer responsible for it during transit. No monetary changes can be made until the product has been received by either the client or Orion Jewelry.

Simply share your references and specify the type of jewelry you’d like, and we'll provide initial sketches for you to choose from.

Once we’ve discussed materials, design details, and technical aspects, we can proceed with turning your idea into reality. After a price quote is agreed upon, I will begin crafting your piece—from modeling and test printing to selecting the perfect gemstones. You’ll be involved in every step of the process, ensuring the final product reflects your vision.

Production Timeline
Commissions generally take 1-2 months to complete, though more complex orders may require additional time. If we anticipate any delays, you will be notified in advance.

Shipping
Commissions are shipped via express secured FedEx delivery (typically 2-7 days, depending on your location). Please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays, unforeseen conditions, or force majeure events. Refer to the shipping section for more details.
Shipping costs are included in the price quote.

Materials
Custom orders and commissions are exclusively crafted from 14K gold. We do not accept commissions in silver.

Refunds and Cancellations
Custom orders and commissioned jewelry cannot be refunded. Additionally, fees for expedited production or rushed shipping are non-refundable.

We, Orion Jewelry, Do not represent, nor are sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the gaming labels that our fanart revolves around. We do not create or claim to be official merchandise brands for any other brand.
We are an individual brand that creates fine geek jewelry out of love and passion for the genre and its community.
